General Manager job

We are seeking an experienced Fast food manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of restaurant management.

Duties include:

Manage and supervise all aspect of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service.

Ensure effecient and smooth operations by coordinating with kitchen staff, cashiers and other team members.

Train and develop employees on proper food handling procedures, customer service protocols and safety regulations.

Monitor and maintain quality standards for food preparation and presentation.

Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely fashion and professional manner

Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees to ensure optimal staffing levels

Conduct regular inventory checks to manage stock levels and order supplies as needed 

Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales 

Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Skills:

Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality management required

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Provicient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems

Knowlege of food preparation techniques and kitchen management

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Experienced in interviewing, hiring and traing staff members

Familiarity with banquet operations is a plus

Bartending experience desirable
