About HAKS Founded in 1991 and incorporated in 1994, HAKS is a 600-person, full-service consulting firm with a diverse workforce specializing in construction management/inspection, engineering, architecture/facility design, land surveying, material testing and special inspections. Headquartered in the heart of New York’s financial district, HAKS maintains 13 additional offices along the East Coast as well as an office in Chennai, India. Our goal is always to improve the communities in which we live and work while at the same time enhancing social, economic and environmental conditions.
