Create an Employer Profile

The Philadelphia International Airport is excited to offer job portal services to our airport employers through the PHL Job Portal.  To get started, simply set up your Employer Profile by creating a username, password, and completing some information about your company. Creating this profile will allow you to post jobs, search candidate resumes, add assessment questions, review resumes, and view statics on your open jobs.

Candidate Communication Made Simple!

The PHL Job Portal allows you to directly communicate with candidates either on an individual basis or in a mass distribution format, depending on your needs.

Hosting a Career Fair or Hiring Event?

Please notify the portal administrator, admin@phljobportal.org,  when you are having a career fair or event, and we will advertise your event on the PHL Job Portal.

Featured Employers and Featured Jobs

Featured Employers will have their profile information highlighted on the site with a link to drive applicants to their open jobs.  Every employer has the opportunity to be a Featured Employer once per calendar year.  We recommend that you use your Featured Employer opportunity when you are doing a lot of hiring.  Contact our portal administrator, admin@phljobportal.org , when you are ready to use your annual Featured Employer credit.

Featured jobs will highlight jobs for prime placement on the web portal.  Every participating employer receives 12 Featured Jobs per calendar year.  This is a great way to highlight your positions.  There are directions on your Employer Dashboard instructing you how to use this feature.

What does the Candidate Experience Look Like?

Applicants can set up their Candidate Profile on the job portal, and search for jobs either by type of employment opportunity, category, or by specific organization. They can also post their resume and make it searchable by all employers. Candidates can also sign in with a Facebook or LinkedIn account – by simply clicking the “Connect with Facebook” or “Connect with LinkedIn” button when beginning the registration process.  Applicants who activate the job alert feature will receive emails notifying them of opportunities as they are posted. The portal is mobile optimized, allowing candidates to view postings on their phones and tablets.
